First post and nothings.

I love Facebook. I think the whole idea is amazing! But I wish I could change a few things.

1. Games and Apps make me cringe, it may say I play them..but its because I own an Iphone. A lot of my apps allow me to play with friends from my facebook friends list. LUCKY YOU!

2.  Updates about politics drive me INSANE!! We all have a political opinion, but I really hate people who just complain all the time about everything wrong with our country. Things most definitely suck, but SERIOUSLY!!! THANK GOD WE DON'T LIVE IN SYRIA..seriously, its breaks my heart SO MUCH!!

3. Updates about how much your life sucks, please see above..and Thank God again!

4. I'm friends with some teenagers on facebook because of the church I attend. But, I have been friends with teenage girls in the past..and even some young adults, that really need to put more clothes on before they take a picture. Seriously, are you asking for someone one to hurt you. UGHHHHH..don't get me started!!

5. BRINGING UP YOUR PRIVATE and PERSONAL PROBLEMS..and yes..I typed..PRIVATE and PERSONAL..for everyone to read. Seriously, if you have a problem with someone or something terrible has happened to you..talk to me about it. Don't post it on facebook for everyone else and their brothers' sister's cousin's uncle to see. AHHHHH :)
 It might embarass someone else or you. Those of you who do this..please stop immediately.

I cannot wait to hear what you all think of my very first post.

 12/13/2022 When we send texts, make calls, answer emails, etc.  We think what a miniscule interaction it is to us and the person on the other end of the line.  The simple error of a calling someone the wrong name, is not simple.  The assumption that this wrong name doesn't hold so many emotions, good bad and ugly. Happy Valentines Day! and some tips too

Just some ideas for a fantastic and budget friendly Valentines Day! 1. Buy roses at the grocery store instead of a florist. They make great arrangements for great prices! 2. Order a heart shaped pizza from Donatos . I heard Papa Johns is doing the same thing this year!! Take your pick, the hubs and I look forward to a heart shaped from Donatos Pizza every year. 3 . Rent a movie and snuggle on the couch and make home made popcorn. Cheaper than one movie ticket and more romantic too! 4. Make a romantic dinner at home. Spaghetti, garlic bread, and salad is cheap and delicious! Present it with heart shaped plates and red napkins. 5. This is the most important tip!! Make sure to tell the person you are spending the holiday with how much they mean to you! At the end of the day, all I really wanted was an extra special I love you and to know I am loved. Pollyanna syndrome

My mom has always said she likes to find the good in people, similar to Pollyanna. Whether she likes it or not, it's not always a good quality to have. She always told me I wear my heart on my sleeve, another quality that isn't always a good one. Seems pretty negative to disagree with her wanting to find the good or people or loving everyone regardless of their actions but let me finish. She recently learned that it is sometimes hard or impossible to find the good in people, including the ones she loves...like ALOT.  She and a few others recently dealt with a pretty heavy situation involving people they love and the outcome wasn't pretty. It was quite ugly! Not the first time my family has dealt with some ugly situations but it affected someone that has NEVER  put herself first and always done what is right regardless of the situation.
